"ROGERS POWERTONE

A new kind of drum gives you full snare head action—and a smooth, rich sound.

It's what you cant see on Powertone that counts. And you can't see the snare bed. It's invisible. This means you get the sound you want without excessive tightening of snares.

Think about that for a moment. Your snares won't choke the head. And your snare head has freedom to do what it must do: vibrate fully over its entire surface.

It's just that simple. But that simple difference gives you sound that's smooth and rich. Your sound is alive, projects 'out' where you want it without pounding. There are no dead spots anywhere—just live sound right to the edge of the head. Live sound and better sound because of Powertone's exclusive acoustic shell properties in both the all metal brass shell and the cross-laminated wood shell.

You can hear and feel the difference.

When you play Powertone.

PowerTone Snare Drums

Each PowerTone snare drum is complete with Swiv-o-matic strainer, polished chrome fittings, 8 self-aligning lugs, separate tension, triple flange hoops, internal tone control, and 20-strand wire snappy snares."
